HIRE TALENT WITH DIGITAL-SKILL TRAINING AND SALARY INCENTIVES – MyDigitalWorkforce Work in Tech (MYWiT) by Jom Earn Global Sdn Bhd 

Jom Earn Global Sdn Bhd is pleased to launch the MYWiT, a program under MDEC funded by the Government of Malaysia to encourage employers to provide job opportunities to unemployed citizens.

🔎Target participants: 

1. Fresh graduates

2. Unemployed Malaysians or 

3. Retrenched employees 

🔎Field of work:

1. Digital Tech roles in any industry

2. Digital Business Services roles in any industry.

🔎Salary subsidy:

1. 40% of Monthly salary for 6 months (maximum incentive is capped at 40% of RM6,500/month, i.e. RM2,600 per pax/month

2. Minimum salary requirement: RM2,000/month

🔎Training subsidy:

1. In-house training (minimum 40 hours/pax) : up to RM5,000/pax

2. External training: up to RM8,000/pax (excluding 6% SST)

🔎Eligibility Criteria of Employers:

1. Incorporated in Malaysia 

2. Minimum paid-up capital: RM20,000

3. Not subjected to liquidation/winding up order/dormant

4. Not a public-sector, federal, state statutory body/local authority’s (PBT) employee

5. Offering employment for a minimum of 12 months

6. No close family/business relations to a board of director, shareholder or employee of MDEC.

🔎Eligibility Criteria of Employees:

1. Malaysian citizen

2. No permanent employment for a minimum of 2 months/fresh graduates/retrenched employees

3. Commencement date stated in Letter of employment is any date 5th April 2021 to 31st August 2022 

4. Not a close family member of a director or shareholder of the hiring company

5. Not a current/past beneficiary of any MYWiT incentive in any company

6. Not part of PenjanaKerjaya, Jamin Kerja and Penjana KPT-CAP programmes

1. 应届毕业生

2. 至少 2 个月没有工作 或 

3. 被裁员的员工

*工作领域:*

1. 数码科技工作

2. 电子商业服务工作

*薪酬补贴:*

1. 40% 月薪,为期 6 个月(最低薪水:RM2,000/月)

2. 薪酬激励上限为 RM2,600 人/月(40% 从 RM6,500 人/月)

*培训补贴:*

1. 内部培训:高达 RM5,000/人

2. 外部培训:高达 RM8,000/人

*培训补贴金额 (RM) 不包括 6% SST

*雇主申请资格:*

1. 在马来西亚注册成立

2. 最低资本:RM20,000

3. 不受清算/清盘令的约束

4. 不是公共部门、联邦、州法定机构或地方当局 (PBT) 的雇员

5. 提供至少12个月的工作

6. 与 MDEC 的董事会、股东或员工没有任何关系.

*员工申请资格:*

1. 马来西亚公民

2. 至少 2 个月没有工作/应届毕业生/被裁员的员工

3. 雇佣信中规定的开始日期是 2021 年 4 月 5 日至 2022 年 8 月 31 日的任何日期 

4. 不得是招聘公司董事/股东/高层管理人员的近亲

5. 不曾是任何公司的MYWIT受益人

6. 不属于 PenjanaKerjaya、Jamin Kerja 和 Penjana KPT-CAP 计划的一部分
